Combining Teachings of Lomilomi, Ho'oponopono, Ai Pono Aloha 'Aina

- To help others and begin a path of healing yourself
- Hawaiian way of learning and teaching
- Ha breath exercises
- Lomilomi 'a'e ( usually done on the floor using your feet to walk on their backs.)
- Ho'oponopono/Kukakuka (Hawaiian way to solve conflict)
- Kealapiko meditative walks to relieve stress
- Make Hawaiian implements to assist you in your healing.
- Hula to open your core and regenerate body's mana (energy source)
- Hawaiian chants to connect to a higher source
- Hawaiian Herbal plant medicine
- Cultivate and perpetuate Hawaiian native plants and your role to the land.
- Learn to make a flower lei
- Private consultation with practitioners and teachers
